Our fast paced work lives often demand getting to the solutions quicker, without spending weeks getting there. The company AJ&Smart is behind the “Lightening Decision Jam” workshop video, explaining how it effectively can “define problems, generate and prioritize ideas and then take action on solutions”.
It works in groups of 3 to 100 people. Surely, not all projects or workshops will fit this model, but surprisingly many do.
